L’Oreal are launching a new range of make up that will be purchased online. The range will be designed by the YouTube beauty Guru sensation Michelle Phan.
Phan’s 4 million plus YouTube user following brought her to the attention of L’Oreal and helped her gain the deal.
The brand named ‘em michelle phan’ is created by Phan and a community of beauty lovers.
