Lady Gaga Launches New Book in Dolce & Gabbana

Global phenomenom and sensation Lady Gaga launched her new book in typical Gaga fashion in New York.

She wore a see through black-lace Dolce & Gabbana outfit that wowed onlookers.

The book entitled ‘Lady Gaga x Terry Richardson’, displays over 350 pictures depicting Gaga’s life.

They show intimate moments of the popstars life including backstage photos from the Monster Ball tour, and the recording of Born This Way.

Taylor Swift launches new Wonderstruck perfume

Country singer Taylor Swift has launched a new perfume.

Wonderstruck was inspired by a lyric from her song and is aimed at everyone.

Taylor commented – “This fragrance is really for people of all ages and I’ve had to talk some of my guy friends out of wearing it. So it’s debatable whether it’s, you know, for both sexes.”

The perfume includes golden amber, apple blossom, sandalwood, and raspberry.

Charlize Theron Stars in New Dior J’Adore ad

Charlize Theron has starred in her second advertisement for Christian Dior’s J’adore Eau de Parfum.

The advert features Charlize as she parades down the runway showing off her amazing figure and prowess in a golden dress. Other famous icons such as Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe are also shown.

Charlize commented, “It was incredibly glamorous and fantastic. I don’t think I’ll experience something like that again in my lifetime”.

The advertisement was directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud.

Katy Perry’s New Look

Katy Perry has unveiled her new hair colour to the world. The singer displayed her new hair do on MTV on Thursday.

She was nominated for no less than 9 MTV awards including Video of the Year and Best Female Video for ‘Firework’, Best Collaboration for ‘E.T.’ and Best Pop Video for ‘Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)’.

She announced that she had finally got to the colour she wanted after going redhead for a while.

Habia launches sector skills survey

Habia has launched the most detailed and authoritative skills survey of the hair, beauty, nails and spa industries in over five years, with top prizes up for grabs for those who take part.

The survey will provide a picture of the sector as it is now in terms of skills gaps, training and business performance, and will help Habia plan future initiatives that support future growth and raise standards. The results will be used to create new projects and programmes designed to ensure that new recruits have the skills employers require and that training helps businesses develop their staff to meet client demand.

It will also provide background information and evidence for when communicating to government about important policy and funding issues.

The survey is part of Habia’s Big Conversation, which aims to give learning providers the opportunity to speak directly to Habia, the government recognised Sector Skills Body and industry authority for hair and beauty, on issues ranging from funding and qualifications to skills needs and reform – at a time when the sector is facing unprecedented challenges and changes.

Habia is also offering a prize of up to £1000 worth of training from the Habia Skills Team to the training provider that manages to encourage the most responses from in its local network.

Kate Middleton attends the Order of the Garter

Kate Middleton showcased her sublime fashion sense when she attended the Order of the Garter with Prince William in Windsor on Monday June 13th.

She looked absolutely fabulous in her well chosen outfit which was perfect for the occasion. She sported a designer silk dress and grey jacket and a Philip Treacy fascinator.

Her hair looked gorgeous as per usual, which she is reported to have done at the Richard Ward salon. A true princess of beauty.

Kate and William were accompanied by Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, and Queen Elizabeth.

The Only Way is Essex, Mark Wright launches TOWIE vajazzle kit

The makers of The Only Way Is Essex have launched an official TOWIE vajazzle kit.

One of the main stars of the ITV3 hit show Mark Wright, was at the launch in London earlier today. He posed with a group of models including Elizabeth Eastman and looked more than happy to do so!

The event was held at Signor Sassi Italian restaurant in Knightsbridge. A recent poll has revealed that 54 per cent of people questioned would like to try a vajazzle.

Jessica Simpson has become a huge success in the world of fashion. Her pop career has taken a bit of a nose dive while her fashion designs are storming the fashion industry.

The pop singer’s fashion collection stacked up a whopping 750 million dollars last year. This figure is set to rise even higher this year as plans to expand are implemented.

‘I never thought I’d be some fashion mogul,’ Jessica revealed in an upcoming interview with New York Magazine.

If her collection reaches 1 billion dollars this year it will be the first ever celebrity line to do so.
